Abstract: An abstract consists of one paragraph with 200-250 words. The abstract should explain the background, research objectives, main results, and main conclusions of the studies. The abstract must be clear, concise, and factual. Avoid non-standard abbreviations, but if required, they should be explained at the first mention. The abstract title is 9 fonts with bold, and the abstract text is 9 fonts with full justification. The article length should not less than 6000 words or more than 10000 words. Keywords: keyword 1; keyword 2; keyword 3; keyword 4; keyword 5 (list the related phrases as keywords of no more than five keywords)

Introduction

The introduction should briefly explain the context and motivation of the study and why it is important. The current state of the field of study should be explained so that readers can understand the studies that have been carried out by previous researchers without having to read earlier publications. Furthermore, the existing problems are concluded as the main objectives of the study. References are written by following APA Style, in terms of either narrative citation or parenthetical citation.

Literature Review

The section also presents theoretical backgrounds necessary to conduct the research. The section also addresses the relation between the research topic to current knowledge by discussing what has been done, what needs to be done, and thus highlighting the novelty of the study.

Methodology

The methodology section should describe in detail the approaches/techniques used in the study so it can be replicated and developed by other researchers. Unless there are well-established methods, it can be briefly explained. If the study uses equipment or instruments, it is also necessary to mention the specifications. Be specific and provide all necessary detail.

Results

The results of the studies are presented in this section through text, tables, and figures. There may be numerous subsections in the section, and each subsection may have several subsubsections. This part should not only present the results but also explain how those results can be interpreted and what inferences can be made.

Tables and Figures

Tables

Each table in the article is numbered sequentially in the order of appearance. For example, Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, etc. All these table numbers must be mentioned in the body of the article. The table caption uses 10 fonts, whereas the content of the table uses 9 fonts.

The table is placed close to its first mention in the article. The table's text should all be readable. The table contents are explained properly in the table captions.

Figures

Figures must be original and of high quality. Each figure in the article is numbered sequentially in the order of appearance. For instance, Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, etc. All of these figure numbers must be mentioned in the body of the article

The figure is placed close to its first mention in the article. The figure's text should all be readable. Figure captions thoroughly explain the figure’s contents.

Lists

Bulleted list
The article may contain bulleted lists, as below:
• List 1;
• List 2;
• List 3.

Numbered list
The article may contain numbered lists, as below:
1. List 1;
2. List 2;
3. List 3.

Mathematical Formulas

The articles may contain mathematical equations. The equation should be numbered. The text after the equation should not be in a new paragraph.

Discussions

This section presents a discussion related to the obtained results. The results need to be interpreted and linked to the findings of relevant earlier studies. In addition, it is necessary to discuss implications and potential future research directions.

Conclusion

Conclusions are written briefly but represent the core of the gathered research findings. Ensure that all objectives are accomplished and put the focus on the research's contribution. Manuscripts sent to JIEE should avoid the use of endnotes and footnotes.

Appendix

Articles may also include appendices. This section is optional. It is used to provide additional data for the main script. Although this additional data is important and necessary to the main script, including it there could disrupt the flow of the main script. This additional information may consist of details of the experiment data, surveys, or mathematical formulas used in the study.

Acknowledgements. This section can be used to acknowledge the organizations and individuals who provided funding, technical support, or administrative support during the article's writing.

Declaration of Conflicting Interests. The author(s) declared no potential conflicts of interest with respect to the research, authorship, and/or publication of this article.
